Home Group Social
The Anniversary Avenue home group had their social on 14th January.
Liz Heath writes,
‘We had a great time an evening of fellowship with a Country theme: France. Everyone brought a dish with some French association. We had French onion soup as starter, a choice of casserole dishes with potatoes and veg for main course, two French desserts and bread and different cheeses from France.
Each person had to come with 3 facts about France and it was amazing what we found out!!’

Band Night 26th April
This was our second band night and we had a great time. The bands from East Mains Baptist church and from our own church played and the new PA equipment got a good airing! Ryan and Irene spoke about their experiences at Soul Survivor last year and Greg Fourie, who was also leading the Westwood Band, talked about how to make our own priorities line up with God’s priorities.
Darren organised the evening, Stary was MC and more than £120 was raised towards the bus to Soul Survivor this summer.
The whole evening was recorded so if you’d like to hear more of it contact Andy Neal. Here’s a wee clip.

Irene’s Suprise 50th
The Youth Fellowship had invited their leader, Irene Campbell, to a supper at the
church on 30th May -
Thanks to Nikki, Gavin and all who made it happen -
